The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive art curriculum, encouraging creativity, and developing students' artistic skills in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging art lessons that cater to various skill levels and learning styles.
• Inspire students to explore their creativity and express themselves through diverse artistic mediums.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Create a classroom environment that fosters artistic exploration and experimentation.
• Organize and participate in art exhibitions, workshops, and school events to promote student work and the arts community.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art across the curriculum where appropriate.
• Manage art resources effectively ensuring safety and accessibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or related fields.
• Proven experience teaching art to students at different educational levels preferred.
• Strong proficiency in various art techniques and mediums.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and motivating learning environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to classroom management.
• Commitment to student safeguarding and wellbeing.
