Real Estate Property Scout / Field Representative – Tampa Bay and surrounding areas

If you’ve worked construction, roofing, HVAC, remodeling, landscaping, inspections, property maintenance, property management, or any hands-on trade—and you’re ready for a career upgrade without sitting behind a desk, this job is for you.
At 21 Property Group, we’re looking for a reliable, boots-on-the-ground Property Scout to work with our real estate investors throughout Tampa Bay and surrounding areas (within ~2 hours).
This is a full-time salaried position with bonuses, company growth opportunities, and no physical labor.
What You’ll Be Doing (Most of the Job):
- Driving to properties scheduled by our team
- Opening doors and showing investment properties to Investors
- Taking clear photos and videos of homes (inside & outside)
- Reporting property condition back to our team
- Being our eyes and ears on the ground
That’s it.
No manual labor. No swinging hammers. No hauling materials.
Other Tasks (Occasional):
- Picking up lockboxes or signs
- Simple property checks
- Helping coordinate access with owners or agents
- Light admin communication (texts/calls/photos)
Nothing complicated. No sales pressure.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic (we can’t teach this)
- Comfortable driving daily
- Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
- Smartphone (camera use required)
- Professional appearance (clean, presentable)
- Knows how to walk a property and spot obvious issues
- Background in construction or real estate preferred but not required
