Job Description
- Support clients in structuring and executing debt financing solutions for real estate transactions (acquisition, development, refinancing).
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and alternative lenders to source optimal financing terms.
- Prepare and review financial models, investment memoranda, and credit analyses to support financing strategies.
- Coordinate and lead the debt raising process, including lender selection, negotiations, and closing.
- Conduct market analysis on financing conditions, lending trends, and capital markets dynamics.
- Work closely with internal teams (Capital Markets, Valuation, Investment Advisory) to deliver integrated advisory services.
- Assist in structuring complex transactions, including senior debt, mezzanine financing, and hybrid structures.
- Monitor ongoing transactions and support clients in managing lender relationships over time.
- Contribute to business development activities, including client pitches and preparation of marketing materials.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with internal processes and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 2–5 years of experience in debt advisory, corporate finance, real estate finance, investment banking, or lending institutions.
- Strong understanding of real estate financing structures and capital markets dynamics.
- Solid financial modeling and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Italian is required).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and lenders.
- Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude and commercial awareness.
- Team player with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial databases is a plus.
