Your Activities:
Graphic Design & Content Production
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials including pitch decks, info memos, brochures, and visual presentations
- Create graphic content to support all business lines (Office, Industrial, Retail, Capital Markets, and Valuation)
- Ensure all materials are on-brand, visually compelling, and delivered to a high professional standard
- Support the adaptation and localisation of corporate templates and formats for the Italian market
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Contribute to the management of Colliers Italy's social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, and others)
- Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and campaigns aligned with the corporate communications calendar
- Support the development of digital content strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement
- Monitor social media performance and report on key metrics
Corporate Marketing Support
- Provide marketing support across all internal teams, ensuring consistent and high-quality visual communication
- Assist in organising and maintaining the digital asset library (images, templates, brand guidelines)
- Support the coordination of events, webinars, and corporate communication initiatives
Qualifications
- Degree (or current enrolment) in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Previous experience or academic projects in graphic design or digital marketing is a plus
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) — essential
- Good command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for creating and formatting professional documents
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content management tools
- Strong eye for design, detail, and visual consistency
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Italian is required).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
- Interest in real estate, business, or financial services is a plus
