Picture yourself leading the launch of our brand new Warehouse Stationery store in Whitianga as the Store Manager. In this standout leadership opportunity, you’ll take full ownership of creating a best in class store operation, building a team first & customer first culture and driving a store that is productive and profitable through great retail execution and continuous improvement.

You’ll lead, coach and empower a high performing team who love retail and people, bringing out the best in others and making a meaningful impact for every customer who walks through the doors. Just as importantly, you’ll be a proud local ambassador strengthening connections and partnerships with local businesses, schools and community stakeholders through store-driven community activity.

Qualifications

To be one of our retail leaders ideally you will have:

• Proven successful management experience, preferably in retail
• Competence in all aspects of store operations
• Strong communication skills to effectively lead and engage team members to interact with our customers and influence sales
• The ability and confidence to interpret and executive plans
• Resilience and adaptability
