Hours of work are:
- Wednesday 8:30am - 2:30pm
- Friday - Saturday 8:30am - 11:30am
Do you have a knack for organisation and a passion for detail-oriented tasks? Are you comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Administration team!
We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Previous experience in an administration or cashier role would be preferred. Generally, you will carry out the following tasks:
- Complete daily and weekly tasks relating to the administration of our stores (including banking)
- Maintain day-to-day integrity of the database.
- Review relevant administration store reports and take applicable actions.
- Complete the steps required to process vendor orders.
- Complete weekly stock checks.

Qualifications

- Some experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
