Job Description

The Store Planning Allocator is responsible for the implementation and coordination of all activities related to the delivery and movement of products, including all materials supplied to stores, taking care of commercial needs and ensuring product availability in store/warehouse. Supervises and verifies that product is delivered to stores in a timely manner throughout the season. Three main objectives are assigned to this position: 1) manage and move the product based on availability and commercial objectives to guarantee the quality of the service and maximize sell-through; 2) coordinate the inventory of the individual assigned stores to ensure an adequate level of inventory, in accordance with the objectives of the stores; 3) ensure that all activities take place within the scheduled timescales and in line with business needs

Qualifications

1.01 Manages and controls the assortment plans of the assigned stores and the related transfer of products to achieve and maximize the business objectives, following the indications of the Retail Manager
1.02 Manages and controls the assortment levels of the goods ordered to ensure that each store can achieve business objectives
1.03 Manages Pre-Season and In-Season planning for assigned stores, consistently with the set budget and Retail guidelines, following the indications of the Retail Manager
1.04 Plans, monitors and ensures compliance of the scheduled times for sending products and materials to the points of sale
1.05 Prepare high-level analyzes and business reports for the Retail Manager, as well as strategic and tactical recommendations to maximize sales and profitability
1.06 Work closely with Buyer and Retail Supervisor to discuss the performance of the stores and commercial objectives, in line with the indications of the Retail Manager
1.07 Manages, coordinates and controls the assigned resources (people, costs, investments)
1.08 Promotes the development of the Role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's Responsibilities
1.09 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within one's function in relation to both management of the process and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
1.10 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community

Additional Information

- Bachelor o Master's Degree in Fashion Management or Economics

- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)

- Excellent Knowledge of Excel

- Attitude to work in Team

- Analytical & Proactive mindset 

- Passion for Fashion
