Job Description

• 1 . Bid Manager cum Analyst: Female candidate preferred.
• • Role – Bid Manager cum Analyst
  • Location: Anywhere across North, East or West region
  • Candidate should have excellent communication & analytical skills
  • Candidate should have excellent skills on Excel & Power point presentations
  • Education – Graduate in any discipline.
  • This will be an office-based role but need to travel across region (if required) for capability presentation
  • Experience – 5+ years

• Job profile:

• Updating record of all trackers, MIS & Data related to business
• Measure conversion rates on BD front – Enquiry vs RFP vs Win / Lost
• Tracker on audit & NPS score & presenting dashboard regularly
• Responding to RFP & preparing proposals
• Support on backend business development role
• Maintain inventory for marketing stuff
• Coordinate to ensure regular updating of case studies & CVs
• Updating master deck on capability presentation for all sectors & business
• Ensure implementation of training sessions, blocking calendars etc.
• Coordinate with Operations Head to keep a track on month wise revenue projection for secured business for remaining months of entire year
• Updating RDR sheet & Project wise revenue projection for every month in coordination with respective Cluster / Operations Head

• 2.Cost Manager

Selection criteria (preferred):

• • Location: Anywhere across North, East, or West region (though, Gurgaon is preferred)
  • Experience – 7+ years + Interior fit outs experience
