Au sein d’ALTEN, vous intégrez une équipe dédiée à la gestion et au support des infrastructures 3DX. En tant qu'Infrastructure Operation & Support, vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Garantir la stabilité, la disponibilité et le support technique des plateformes 3DX en production.
- Maintenance et évolution des plateformes :
- Gérer l’obsolescence : remplacer les composants et technologies obsolètes.
- Appliquer les mises à jour régulières d’infrastructure et des éléments de la plateforme.
- Surveillance et conformité :
- Suivre les performances : surveiller la scalabilité et la santé du système.
- Assurer la conformité : aligner les infrastructures avec les normes de sécurité Airbus, CVE et les standards d’intégration.
- Collaboration et engagement :
- Coordonner les équipes : travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes infrastructure et DevOps.
- Partager les informations : fournir de la documentation, des tableaux de bord et des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI).
Qualifications
Compétences techniques requises :
- Maîtrise de la plateforme 3DX (ENOVIA, Catia, DELMIA, SIMULIA).
- Expérience en gestion des données 3DX Business Matrix Data Model.
- Connaissance en gestion des données Back End (MQL).
- Expérience avec les langages de programmation 3DX (CAA, EKL, JPO) serait un plus.
- Maîtrise des outils de monitoring (Splunk, BSM, InfoCenter, Zabbix).
- Familiarité avec ServiceNow/MyITSM.
- Connaissance des méthodologies Agile (SAFe, ITIL, Waterfall).
Compétences transverses :
- Autonomie et proactivité.
- Excellente communication et orientation client.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais technique (obligatoire).
Profil recherché :
- Expérience significative en support et opération d’infrastructures, idéalement dans les secteurs aérospatial ou défense.
