Du begeisterst Dich für moderne IT-Infrastrukturen, arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich und möchtest spannende Projekte aktiv mitgestalten?
In einem modernen und zukunftsorientierten IT-Umfeld übernimmst Du als Teil unseres Projektteams abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben rund um Server, Netzwerk und Microsoft 365 und trägst maßgeblich zur Stabilität und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Landschaft bei.
Deine Hauptaufgaben
- Planung, Einrichtung, Wartung und Administration unserer Netzwerk-Infrastruktur
- Administration der Microsoft 365 Umgebung
- Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen im 2nd Level Support für interne Anwender
- Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten und Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern sowie internen Fachabteilungen zur Umsetzung spezifischer IT-Lösungen
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und leistungsfähigen IT-Betriebs
Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 und solide Netzwerkkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und serviceorientiertes Denken
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
