Financial Analyst

Job Description

AR (Accounts Receivable):

• Analyze the accounts receivable portfolio;
• Perform collection activities for overdue invoices;
• Issue payment slips (boletos) when applicable;
• Grant discounts/extensions to customers;
• Assist in setting up credit terms and limits;
• Analyze and release billing orders when necessary.

AP (Accounts Payable):

• Analyze invoices and schedule payments according to due dates;
• Follow up on supplier advance payment items;
• Handle foreign exchange settlements for international suppliers;
• Record completed payments in the system;
• Submit payments for bank approval.

TY (Treasury):

• Control cash inflows and outflows;
• Analyze current cash flow and forecast for upcoming months;
• Perform bank reconciliation and record settlements.
• Support audits on finance-related matters;
• Provide financial support in the preparation of financial statements (FS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance Managment or related fields;

• Desireble knowledge in ERP systems;

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365;

• Experience in the industrial market will be a differential; 

• Advanced English will be a differential;

• Knowledge of SAP system - FI module will be a differential;
