Please join us and contribute to our goals with your new role as Head of IT Smart Factory (m/f/diverse). In this role you're overall responsible for the development, provision, implementation and support & service of business solutions in the area of Smartfactory/ Manufacturing IT Applications.

In detail, you're in charge of the following tasks:

• Ensure an efficient and compliant utilization and development of Smart Factory IT Applications (e.g. SAP DM, MSB, iConics, Manufacturing Service Bus (MSB), IoT Edge Technology and Recipe Management System etc.)
• Ensure global operations according aligned SLA of the respective SmartFactory applications
• Actively support the BA's and Central Function to identify the right strategy for their business solutions
• Ensure project management excellence to realize projects which support the ultimate customer experience
• Establish and maintain strong internal and external networks to best support business needs
• Enhance collaboration and cooperation with other teams and competence centers 
• Consider stakeholder feedback and lessons learned to further strengthen our project management and business services
• Lead a strong global team of academics with expert knowhow 
• Provider Management - steer and control external providers to ensure optimal world-wide service provisioning

Qualifications

• Academic degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, IT or Business Informatics 
• 5+ years work experience in a multinational environment
• Experience in managing and leading global teams with specialists
• Experience in interacting with senior management
• Experience in Smart Factory or comparable experiences in Operations Applications
• Experience in Production Processes
• Global Project Management Experience
• Experience in process management, especially in change management of organizations
• Fluent English language skills
• Intercultural competence, advanced communication skills and good stakeholder management
• Willingness to travel occasionally worldwide
