Job Description
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Perform routine procedures, tests, and assist with exams.
- Document patient data in the EHR.
- Monitor and report condition changes.
- Maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with teams for patient care.
- Respond to patient needs and provide education.
- Engage in professional development.
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Technician (CMT) certification required
- Active CNA in the state of Maryland
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience as a Med Tech or in a similar healthcare role
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
