Job Description

We’re looking for an EUC Engineer to support the global rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). You’ll play a key role in ensuring all users—from multiple international sites—have the right devices, fully configured and ready to go.

What you’ll be doing

  • Configure, deploy, and support end-user devices (laptops, desktops, printers, handheld scanners)
  • Build and maintain a standard catalogue of approved EUC hardware
  • Gather and validate device requirements with stakeholders across sites
  • Provide input on device standards, configurations, and deployment plans
  • Support on-site setup, testing, go-live, and early life support (including travel when needed)
  • Ensure partner devices (e.g. SI and BI teams) are correctly configured and secure
  • Troubleshoot issues during deployment to minimise disruption
  • Produce clear documentation and handover to support teams
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and D365 teams to meet performance and compliance standards

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Experience in EUC, desktop support, or IT deployment in enterprise environments
  • Strong hands-on skills with Windows devices, printers, and scanning equipment
  • Exposure to large-scale rollouts or transformation programmes
  • Experience with device imaging and tools like Intune or Endpoint Manager
  • Ability to manage hardware standards and documentation
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Desirable:

  • Experience in global or multi-site IT environments
  • Knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, SCCM or similar tools
  • Experience with handheld devices in warehouse/retail settings
  • Familiarity with ITIL and early life support practices
  • Experience supporting third-party/partner devices

Key strengths

  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Strong communicator with stakeholders at all levels
  • Adaptable in fast-paced environments
  • Confident decision-maker under pressure
