En tant que Chef de Partie H/F, vous avez à cœur de régaler nos clients et aimez mettre les petits plats dans les grands. Si vous l’acceptez, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
Préparer et cuisiner les plats en contrôlant leur qualité selon les standards de la marque.
Assurer la fabrication, le dressage et l'envoi des plats dans les délais impartis.
Organiser et contrôler le travail des commis de cuisine et apprentis / stagiaires
Participer à l'élaboration des recettes, menus, cartes et fiches techniques.
Appliquer et veiller au respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité.
Participer au nettoyage et au rangement du matériel, des locaux de cuisine et des annexes.
Qualifications

Vous disposez d'un diplôme de cuisine ainsi que d'une expérience confirmée qui démontre l'autonomie requise pour ce poste
