Au sein de l'équipe du Pole Gestion France et le Directeur de la Perfomance Opérationnelle, vous participerez au pilotage de la performance de nos hôtels filiales et managés (300 hôtels).
👉Vos principales missions seront axées sur les sujets suivants :
- En tant que Business Partner, vous interviendrez sur un cluster d'hôtels : analyses transversales, élaboration et suivi des plans d'action, Business Review avec les Directeurs des Operations et les responsables régionaux. Vous aurez une vision globale d'un centre de profit, depuis la topline jusqu'au résultat opérationnel.
- Vous participerez au suivi de la performance pour l'ensemble du portefeuille : ajustement des grandes hypothèses (Chiffres d'affaires Chambres/F&B, Charges opérationnelles (Salaires, Charges d'exploitation, etc), mise en place d'outils de simulation budgétaire, présentation du budget aux responsables de zones et aux investisseurs.
- Vous serez force de proposition pour la mise en place des actions d'amélioration de performance résultantes des analyses que vous aurez faites.
- Vous accompagnerez sur les projets transverses (hôtels pilotes, nouveaux concepts, …) : suivi de la performance financière, analyses d'impacts, conjointement avec les services supports (Marketing, Achats, etc).
- Vous participerez à des études ad-hoc et récurrentes dans le cadre des analyses de clôture mensuelle et rolling forecast (analyse de lignes spécifiques du P&L, mise à jour du forecast, publication de documents de reporting et de KPI's aux opérationnels…).
- Vous participerez à la préparation et au suivi du budget CAPEX des hôtels.
Qualifications
👉Profil :
- Vous préparez un Bac+4/+5 en école hôtelière, en école de commerce ou Université.
- Ce contrat d'apprentissage nécessite une vraie curiosité, un forte capacité d'analyse : vous savez prendre du recul, mettre en perspective mais aussi entrer rapidement dans le détail. Vous faites preuve d'initiative et vous aimez travailler en équipe, dans un environnement exigeant.
- Vous êtes particulièrement à l'aise avec Excel et vous avez un anglais opérationnel.
