👉Au sein de l'équipe RH siège composée de 3 personnes, vous aurez pour missions principales :
- Définition de la stratégie de sourcing propre à chaque poste, en étroite collaboration avec les managers du siège,
- La prise en charge des recrutements (diffusion des offres, sourcing, tri de candidatures, pré qualification téléphonique et entretiens),
- Gestion administrative pour la population alternants/stagiaires et l’entité espagnole (suivi des éléments variables de paie des salariés espagnols, gestion des conventions et des contrats d'alternance en lien avec le pôle ADP),
- Rôle de HRBP pour la population alternants/stagiaires (suivi des intégrations et des points de mi-parcours, animation et organisation d’évènements),
- L'animation des relations écoles en collaboration avec l'équipe RH (identifier les écoles cibles et mise en place d'actions),
- La gestion du process d'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs du Siège (sessions d'accueil, communication interne des arrivées…),
- Participation à des projets RH transverses
Qualifications
👉Profil
- En Ecole de commerce ou Master 1/2 spécialisé en RH, vous avez idéalement déjà réalisé un stage en recrutement en cabinet ou en entreprise.
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et faites preuve d'initiatives. Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(se) et vous avez une bonne aisance relationnelle.
- Vous avez une appétence pour les nouvelles technologies.
- Vous êtes capable de communiquer en anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral (Niveau B2)
