Le département RSE de Louvre Hotels Group est à la recherche de son Alternant(e) chargé(e) de projets RSE pour une durée d'un an, débutant à partir de septembre 2026.
L’alternant(e) accompagnera le Responsable RSE sur des sujets liés au bilan carbone et à la stratégie climat du groupe, à la réduction du gaspillage alimentaire, aux écolabels des hôtels et à la sensibilisation des collaborateurs du groupe.
👉 Tes principales missions seront :
- Prendre part au déploiement opérationnel et à l’animation des projets RSE du groupe, au niveau des hôtels et du siège.
- Accompagner les hôtels à l'obtention des certifications visées : Hotel Sustainability Basics, label Clef Verte etc.
- Collecter et capitaliser les bonnes pratiques mises en place par les hôtels.
- Participer à la rédaction de contenus de communication interne et externe sur la RSE (rédaction d'actualités et procédures internes, newsletters, posts sur les réseaux sociaux etc.)
- Prendre part aux différentes collectes de données (bilan carbone, CSRD, EcoVadis…)
- Constituer des rapports et analyses (benchmark, veille, analyse de données internes & externes) grâce aux outils Excel, PowerPoint et autres.
Poste transverse et polyvalent impliquant des interactions quotidiennes avec les différents départements et hotels du groupe.
Qualifications
👉 Profil idéal :
- De formation BAC+4/5 en Ecole de Commerce, école hôtelière ou université, avec une spécialisation en Développement durable, Environnement, Économie Circulaire ou RSE, vous avez idéalement déjà eu une première expérience en entreprise et êtes à l'aise avec la gestion de projets et des priorités
- Une connaissance du secteur de l'hôtellerie et de la restauration serait un véritable atout pour ce poste
- Vous maitrisez Excel et Powerpoint et avez une aisance naturelle dans l'utilisation d'outils de pilotage et d'analyse de données
- Vous avez nécessairement un bon niveau en anglais (B2 minimum) qui vous permettra d'interagir avec différents interlocuteurs et d’animer des réunions
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité d'écoute, votre esprit d'équipe et votre optimisme
- Votre capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, vos qualités rédactionnelles et relationnelles ainsi que votre sens de l'initiative seront des atouts indispensables pour réussir dans vos missions
