Rattaché(e) au Senior Manager Accounting Operations, vous intégrez le département Accounting & Tax.
Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec un Centre de Services Partagé et vous managez une équipe.
Acteur(trice) clé du changement, vous contribuez activement à la transformation des processus de la comptabilité générale.
- Production comptable & fiscale
- Superviser la production comptable du Groupe (environ 5 entités, incluant plusieurs holdings financières)
- Participer à la production fiscale en lien avec l’équipe Tax (TVA, rapports de gestion, annexes…)
- Coordination des clôtures
- Coordonner le processus de clôture mensuelle :
- Diffusion des calendriers
- Coordination avec les différentes équipes
- Collecte des informations dans les délais
- Transmission des données aux parties prenantes
- Garantir la fiabilité des données et le respect des deadline
- Coordonner le processus de clôture mensuelle :
- Reporting & consolidation
- Produire les reportings mensuels
- Contribuer aux travaux de consolidation trimestrielle
- Audit & conformité
- Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des Commissaires aux comptes lors des audits semestriels
- Assurer la conformité des pratiques comptables
Rôle transverse & business partnering
- Se positionner en business partner auprès des équipes opérationnelles
- Collaborer avec les équipes Contrôle de gestion, Consolidation, RH et Juridique
- Participer activement à l’optimisation des processus et à la transformation de l’organisation
👉 Vous êtes le/la garant(e) de la qualité de la production comptable et du respect des délais.
Qualifications
Profil recherché
- Formation & expérience
- Formation supérieure en comptabilité (DCG, DSCG ou équivalent)
- Expérience de 5 à 10 ans en comptabilité
- Expérience confirmée en management d’équipe
- Compétences techniques
- Maîtrise de la production comptable et de l’analyse budgétaire
- Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques
- Connaissance d’Oracle et/ou BFC appréciée
- Langues
- Niveau d’anglais à partir de B2 (écrit et oral) recommandé
Soft skills
- Sens du service et orientation business
- Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
- Proactivité et force de proposition
- Adaptabilité et capacité à accompagner le changement
- Excellent relationnel et capacité à travailler en transverse
