This is a leadership position suited to someone who already has strong experience in a Supervisor or Shift Leader role and is ready to step up into a more commercially focused position.

You will play a critical role in running shifts, leading the team, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in delivering strong operational and financial performance.

Your Role

As an Experienced Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading shifts, supporting team performance, and ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining The Yiros Shop’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and run shifts with confidence and accountability
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally
• Support, train, and develop team members
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
• Execute opening and closing procedures to a high standard
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and compliance standards
• Support labour control, productivity, and service efficiency
• Assist with stock control and inventory processes
• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve KPIs and business goals

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a Supervisor / Shift Leader role within hospitality or QSR
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• High level of reliability, organisation, and accountability
• A proactive attitude with a focus on results and team success
• Flexible availability across weekdays, nights, and weekends

Additional Information

Mandatory Requirements

• Food Safety Certificate - I'm Alert Food Safety Course - FREE online
• Working rights - passport and visa grant for international workers
• RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment

Current Opportunities & Availability Required

We are currently looking for:

Supervisor – 26 to 30 hours per week

Availability required:

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
• Afternoon shifts through to close

We are also looking for:

Team Members – Morning Availability

• 2 team members with weekday morning availability
• Availability from early lunch through until 4:00pm
