Finance Manager

Job Description

• Monitoring review development, and delivery of accurate monthly financial business transaction data to stakeholders in the organization
• Development and delivery of accurate monthly management accounts for managers, working to support teams across the organization
• Maintenance of monthly control account reconciliations
• Manages the risks involved in the financial activities of the business
• Estimates short and long term financial objectives by setting performance target
• Provide advice and guidance on financial procedures to subordinate/team & colleagues
• Provide cover and support for other members of Resources departemen as required

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimal 3 years of experience in a senior financial position
• A good understanding of financial business multifinance or peer-to-peer lending
• Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem solving skills
• Excellence in using job tools : microsoft excels, advantages have ability using Oracle netsuit
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
