People Intern (July Intake)

Job Description

During this 6 months internship you will have the opportunities:

• To learn and support in HR projects such as developing and implementing various HR initiatives and programs.

• Collaborate to develop and execute employer branding strategies on social media and the careers website; organize branding events.

• Assist the regional recruitment process; job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

• Support HR project planning, execution, policy development, and employee engagement activities.

• Work with different teams to support HR projects and initiatives.

• Help plan and execute HR-related events as employee engagement projects.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE university students, available to commit for 6 months internship

• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Has a keen interest in human resources and people management. Any educational background is welcomed!

• Collaborative with ability to communicate effectively throughout different regions such as Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia

• Positive attitude and solution oriented, and the ability to think out of the box to innovate

• Enthusiastic about AI and automation; knowledge-sharing on new tools and initiatives are a plus

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail 

• Proficiency in using Google sheet, docs and slides.

• Passionate about e-commerce, omnichannel, and technology sectors
