About the role

As a Catering Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operation of the onsite café and catering services, ensuring employees receive outstanding service and quality food offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Food preparation and presentation
• Serving customers and operating point-of-sale systems
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Dishwashing and general kitchen duties
• Stock replenishment and basic food handling
• Supporting the wider catering team as required

About you

• Ideally you will have recent experience as a Catering Assistant 
• Knowledge of food service and exposure to a busy commercial kitchen  
• Will take pride in your presentation, as you will be serving our client
• Confidently be able to communicate with other staff members, management and also the customers
• You can think on your feet in order to complete a fast-paced environment
• Due to the location a car and licence, or the ability to get to the site is required
• You have work rights in Australia
