Job Description
AIR offers a compensation package built to reward performance:
Expected total annual compensation of $64,000 to $92,000+, including a base pay of $18.00 to $19.00 per hour plus high-volume commission opportunities. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
Commission accelerators include:
- Longer lease term: 18-month or longer vs. the standard 12-month length
- Higher rent rate unit: Updated finishes, larger floorplan, better view, etc.
- Exceeding monthly goal: Several tiers to increase percentage of total lease value earned per lease

What You Will Do
- Own a prospect pipeline from first inquiry through signed lease by following AIR's sales process, responding quickly, scheduling tours, and closing with confidence.
- Use AIR's CRM, AI-enabled leasing tools, and digital communication platforms to manage follow-up, document prospect activity, and improve conversion.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals through high-quality tours, strong discovery, and effective closing.
- Deliver an exceptional resident and prospect experience that drives leases, renewals, and referrals.
- Provide leasing support to communities across the AIR portfolio as needed.
- Contribute to community marketing efforts that increase qualified traffic and brand visibility.

What You Have
- A real estate license is not required for this role.
- If you currently hold an active real estate license, you will be required to place it on inactive status while employed by AIR Communities.
- 2+ years of successful sales experience in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment such as property management, wireless retail, automotive sales, home improvement/solar, hospitality, retail, or restaurant.
- Demonstrated success hitting or exceeding sales goals and following a defined sales process from lead to close.
- Demonstrated tenure and performance growth in a commission-based role preferred; candidates who have stayed, built relationships, and consistently improved results will stand out.
- Strong customer communication skills with the ability to uncover needs, position value, and ask for the sale.
- Comfort using CRM systems, digital leasing tools, and technology to manage prospect follow-up and conversion.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work during our office hours. Typical schedule will be Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 7pm.
- Reliable transportation.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
