What You'll Do Sell and present customized insurance solutions tailored to client needs Generate new business through leads, referrals, and outbound prospecting Build strong, long-term relationships with clients Meet and exceed sales and production goals Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship programs Maintain accurate client records and sales activity in CRM systems What We're Looking For Active Texas Property & Casualty License (required) Ability to obtain Life, Accident & Health license within 45 days Sales experience preferred (insurance is a plus!) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Must pass a background check
