As a Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Technician in the rehabilitation construction industry, you will support Project Managers with quality assurance, quality control, and technical assignments related to trenchless infrastructure rehabilitation projects. Responsibilities include performing and documenting inspections, testing, and evaluations associated with Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP), Spray-In-Place Pipe (SIPP), geopolymer applications, manhole rehabilitation, sewer and stormwater asset renewal, and related rehabilitation technologies.

This role will require 70-90% travel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring field operations to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, manufacturer requirements, and client contract documents.
  • Conduct pre-installation, installation, and post-installation inspections.
  • Verify material conformance; review liner installation parameters.
  • Monitor curing processes; perform thickness and quality assessments.
  • Evaluate geopolymer application consistency and structural performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports documenting inspections, testing activities, observations, and corrective actions.
  • Analyze project data, determine compliance with design and bid specifications, and provide recommendations to ensure successful project execution.

What it takes:

  • 3-5 years of related experience in the trenchless infrastructure industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Travel Required
  • Working knowledge of ASTM standards, NASSCO guidelines, trenchless rehabilitation methods, CCTV inspection practices, and underground utility rehabilitation is highly desirable.
