An Operation Project Lead, under limited supervision, aids all Yard, Equipment, and Supply Warehouse/Inventory support functions. This position will serve as the go-to person to administer assorted projects that require additional support. Critical for success are the abilities to work independently and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.

What it takes:
- Associates degree in related field, 5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination
- Forklift certified (Provided by Michels)
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
- Valid CDL (desired)
- Warehouse and/or construction experience (desired)
- Experience operating heavy construction equipment (desired)
- Mechanical aptitude (desired)
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
