Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced account lead to oversee governance, transaction delivery, and deal execution across a portfolio of enterprise clients. With a strong focus on transaction management, this role ensures consistent, high-quality outcomes, working closely with a shared‑services model to maintain delivery discipline, reporting accuracy, and service standards.

This role can either be based in Melbourne or Sydney.

  • Act as a senior point of contact across a portfolio of enterprise clients, supporting strong relationships and outcomes.
  • Manage governance activities including reporting, service reviews and issue resolution.
  • Oversee transaction activity to meet agreed client objectives, timelines and commercial terms.
  • Lead and support a small team, setting priorities, coordinating workloads and providing day‑to‑day guidance.
  • Maintain oversight of scope, fees and delivery efficiency, identifying opportunities for additional transaction activity or scope.
  • Partner with the Administration Hub to support lease administration, accounts payable, and compliance with policies and risk frameworks.

Qualifications

We welcome candidates from either an in‑house corporate real estate background or enterprise account management roles within a competing advisory or professional services firm, ideally with exposure to transaction oversight and governance. Industrial experience is advantageous but not essential.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience managing enterprise client accounts or portfolios in commercial real estate / occupier services (or similar).
  • Demonstrated capability overseeing transaction management activity (oversight and delivery governance).
  • Experience operating within or alongside centralised/shared-services delivery models.
  • Strong stakeholder management and commercial judgement.
  • People leadership capability
  • Current real estate certification/registration (or ability to obtain, state dependent).

Why this opportunity?

  • Be a trusted senior point of contact across key enterprise relationships.
  • Oversee governance, delivery rhythm and commercial outcomes across transaction activity.
