About the Role

We’re excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a passionate and capable Head Veterinary Nurse to join our Burleigh Waters clinic.

This is a busy, hands-on role where your nursing skills will be valued and utilised every day. You’ll lead and support a close-knit team that truly feels like family, while helping deliver exceptional care to every patient and client.

Is This You?

We’d love to hear from you if you bring:

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
• 3+ years’ clinical experience
• Strong clinical skills and confidence in a busy environment
• Leadership experience, or a desire to step into leadership
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A calm, organised, and proactive approach
• A positive leadership style that supports and uplifts others
• A passion for mentoring and helping others grow
