Position Overview

Who you are: We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join theKINESSO Social team. In this role, you will work closely with team members to develop collaborative, creative, and informed, social plans for a leading client within healthcare and provide a fresh, new perspective on the ever-changing digital landscape of digital marketing, pushing for innovation within a regulated space. An ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and implementing and activating social media campaigns, a thorough understanding of the basic essentials of search, social, and digital marketing principles, and a desire to learn and grow their skillset through interactive media and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the strategy team to translate the strategic platform to social media, experiments with new ad units and platforms while delivering paid social plans designed to meet client goals 
  • Present plans to internal partners and client groups 
  • Work closely with Account/Media team on the development, implementation and optimization of campaigns to successfully execute the defined strategy and achieve business results 
  • Serve as resource in terms of gathering and distributing research around the industry or our clients 
  • Develop a strong working relationship with the media sales community, specifically our partners, to become the point person for day to day needs and account maintenance for all active campaigns: 
  • Use research tools to develop profile of target audiences with view into their social/online behaviors, media consumption, etc. 
  • Ensure agreed upon pacing and delivery of campaigns, prompt delivery of reports to clients and accurate/useful performance reports 
  • Become proficient with 3rd party ad-serving, tracking & analytic systems to be able to accurately input media plan details and launch campaigns 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for digital marketing with strong working knowledge of social media
  • Team player who is able to balance multiple workstreams, collaborate effectively, and clearly communicate
  • Proactive ability to multi-task, strong written and oral communication skills, excellent organizational aptitude, attention to detail, and accuracy when working with numbers 
  • “Hands-on-keyboard” experience with primary buying platforms and formats (Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Pinterest). 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience with ad verification and brand safety tools (IAS, DoubleVerify, Moat – Crossix is a plus)

The salary range for this position is posted below.
