What you will own:
- Write, edit, and prepare high-quality content with the support of AI tools and content creation platforms
- Upload, update, and manage content on the company website with strong attention to structure, formatting, and consistency
- Format, publish, and maintain blog articles, landing pages, and website pages
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms in a timely and organized way
- Conduct research to support content creation, campaign ideas, and broader marketing initiatives
- Help transform marketing ideas and direction into ready-to-publish content and execution-ready assets
- Review content for quality, clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the Whitecollars brand
- Use AI tools to improve productivity, strengthen outputs, and speed up workflows without compromising quality
- Support the execution of ongoing marketing projects and priorities across the business
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep work moving and deadlines under control
- Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, content best practices, and emerging AI tools that can improve execution

Requirements
Who will thrive here
You will likely be a strong fit if you have:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media management, or a related role
- Strong experience creating, editing, and publishing digital content across multiple channels
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and content calendars
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
- Experience working with website content management systems, ideally WordPress
- Good understanding of content optimisation and basic SEO principles
- Strong writing, editing, and written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong research, organisational, and project coordination skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a strong standard for quality
- A proactive, self-driven mindset and the ability to work with limited supervision
Preferred background
- Experience publishing blog content, landing pages, and website content
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design and content creation tools
