About the role

An opportunity exists to work in a committed Christian team as a bus driver. The part-time position (49 hours a fortnight) is during school term time only and the hours (before school and after school) are open to negotiation. There is also casual work available on top of this during the day for school bus operations.

This position is expected to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport students to and from school on designated routes.
• Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere, building strong relationships with our students.
• Adhere to the allocated schedule, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
• Maintain a clean and tidy bus interior, promoting a comfortable and welcoming environment for students.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the bus.
• Safely load and unload students at designated stops, ensuring their well-being and maintaining order.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• A genuine person with a friendly personality.
• You have a suitable drivers and PV licence and also WWVP.
• Excellent driving record and commitment to passenger safety.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability and punctuality to ensure timely transportation.
