- 7+ years of experience in facilities, plant engineering, commissioning, maintenance, or related operations support within complex manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.
- Experience leading facilities operations in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to safety, compliance, and reliability.
- Experience supporting commissioning, startup, turnover, or operational readiness activities for building systems, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of how to review and manage handover documentation from construction, design, OEMs, and contractors.
- Experience with capital project execution, contractor management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Familiarity with building management systems, facility controls, and maintenance planning processes.
- Experience with CMMS asset setup, preventive maintenance development, or turnover data requirements is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive mindset, sound technical judgment, and a passion for building reliable, scalable infrastructure.

- Experience supporting large-scale facility expansions, utility systems, or technically complex project handovers.
- Experience working across facilities, construction, engineering, and operations teams in high-growth organizations.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the role consistent with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and support site needs, including occasional after-hours, weekend, or on-call support when required.
