Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, versatile receptionist, who is eager to join our team in our offices in Barcelona, Eixample.
Qualifications
- Fluent English - At least C1
- Advanced office suite skills (Excel and Word)
- Face-to-face work from Monday to Friday
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Proactive mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and service-oriented approach
Your mission:
- Manage front desk operations, including reception of visitors, calls, and correspondence in Spanish and English
- Oversee office vendors and general services (maintenance, courier, supplies, etc.).
- Manage vendors incidents
- Organize internal meetings and corporate events
- Visa Management
- Flight Management and hotel reservations.
- Support basic administrative tasks, including document management
