To further enhance our solutions, we are seeking a Product Manager specializing in Specialty Workflows. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving product strategies tailored to the unique workflows of various healthcare specialties. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and clinical experts to develop features that optimize patient-provider interactions and improve operational efficiencies within specialty care areas. Your expertise will help ensure our platform continues to address the specific needs of diverse clinical environments and delivers exceptional value to our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize product roadmap and features that support specialty healthcare workflows.
  • Collaborate with clinical stakeholders and internal teams to gather insights and requirements specific to specialty areas.
  • Translate complex healthcare workflows into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and clinical best practices to inform product decisions.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.
  • Measure and report on product performance and impact on specialty workflows and patient engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare, Business, or Technology.
  • 3+ years of product management or physician practice experience, preferably with a focus on specialty front-office, back-office, and clinical workflows.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare specialties and their unique operational challenges.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex workflows and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Proactive and strategic mindset with a passion for improving healthcare through technology.
