Financial Analyst

As we continue to scale our operations and impact, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will support financial planning and analysis activities, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and provide valuable insights to drive informed business decisions. You will collaborate closely with various departments to analyze financial data, monitor performance, and contribute to strategic initiatives that promote sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes by gathering and reconciling financial information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and validate financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Monitor and report on business metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in financial analysis, preferably within technology or healthcare industries.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, financial modeling techniques, and accounting software systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills to clearly convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
