Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order & Logistics Coordinator to support our end-to-end order fulfillment and delivery operations. In this role, you will ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time by coordinating across internal teams and managing key operational workflows.

You’ll play a critical role in maintaining efficient logistics, inventory visibility, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

Order Management

  • Receive, enter, and process customer orders and order changes with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ensure timely and complete processing of all order-related transactions
  • Maintain and update order records within internal systems

Fulfillment & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, warehouse, and customer service) to meet delivery commitments
  • Schedule and track shipments to ensure on-time fulfillment
  • Support installation or delivery coordination where applicable

Logistics & Inventory Support

  • Track inventory levels and assist with inventory monitoring and reporting
  • Monitor incoming shipments and ensure proper receipt and documentation
  • Identify and escalate potential delays or issues impacting delivery timelines

    Qualifications

    • Relevant experience in order management, logistics, supply chain, or operations preferred
    • Familiarity with order processing or ERP systems is a plus
    • Technical or operational training is beneficial but not required
    • Ability to work with limited supervision and take ownership of daily responsibilities
