Franchise Trainer - Black Optix Tint

Job Description
As a Training Instructor for UFG, you will provide expert coaching to new franchisees by analyzing situations and guiding owners regarding business plans, operational, marketing, sales and expense management methodologies to the Black Optix Tint brand.
- Provide up to 2 weeks of training for new or existing franchisee owners for the specific brand
- Work as a liaison between the Brand and the Training Department
- Connect with our corporate team to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Monthly updates and edits as needed to the brand specific Success Guide
- Enhance, redesign or creation of new curriculum based on the need of the Brand
- Work directly with brand leader on any brand related projects, as approved by Director of Training
- Partner with business team to drive compliance with mandatory operational learning programs
- Provide direct one-on-one coaching and directions to the brand franchisees
- Assist with pre-set ups, market week, and/or tech week as needed.
- Continuing education training/seminars as needed.
- Travel domestically or globally, per brand, to visit brand specific stores and franchisees
- Leadership, management, and accountability for all franchise systems for the Black Optix Tint brand.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B. A., B.B.A., or B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or university; or Associate's degree (A. A. or A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, Customer Relationship Management systems, and scheduling software.
Strong background in related industry and specific production techniques
Sales and business operations experience
