Delivery Manager

Job Description

J.S. Held is seeking a Delivery Manager to drive and scale project execution across our Digital Solutions portfolio. This role is instrumental in ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery, strong governance, and operational excellence across a range of engagements. The position sits at the intersection of project execution, operational leadership, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Establish and standardise project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, contractors, and external partners
• Monitor performance through KPIs, proactively manage risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support proposal development, contracting, and broader business development efforts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management, operations, or delivery leadership
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent, client-facing projects
• Strong track record in process optimisation and driving operational excellence
• Experience in vendor and/or supply chain management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management, supply chain consulting, or procurement
• Exposure to digital solutions, technology-enabled services, or SaaS environments
• Experience supporting proposals, sales efforts, and business growth initiatives

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to travel as required

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
