As Head of Product Engineering, you will own the vision, roadmap execution and operational excellence of your Business Unit — with a product-first lens. You will form a tight leadership duo with the BU General Manager, co-owning the BU strategy, product and engineering roadmap, KPIs and P&L impact. This is a rare role at the intersection of product thinking and engineering leadership — for someone equally comfortable setting product direction, driving prioritisation decisions and representing their BU in front of customers and senior leadership.
### Your impact at Brevo:
Own the product vision, roadmap and operational excellence of your BU — ensuring every engineering effort is directly tied to customer needs and business outcomes
Co-own the BU strategy with the General Manager, including tech and product roadmap, engineering KPIs and P&L impact
Set clear product direction aligned with Brevo's broader strategy, making trade-offs explicit and communicating priorities with clarity
Collaborate strongly with the Engineering team to align on shared platforms, common services and reusable patterns
Build and develop a high-performing, distributed team across product and engineering — fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
Work hand in hand with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to ensure product strategy reflects market and business realities
Monitor product and engineering KPIs, identify risks early and drive corrective action before they impact customers or the business
Champion the use of AI tools and emerging technologies within your team — both in the product and in ways of working
### Who you are:
At least 10 years of experience in a product leadership role, in a B2B SaaS or tech environment, with a track record of shipping products that drive measurable business outcomes
Strong product sense: ability to identify what matters most for customers and translate complex needs into clear, prioritised roadmaps
Engineering credibility: technically literate enough to engage in architecture discussions, challenge trade-offs and earn the trust of senior engineers
Strategic mindset: ability to connect product decisions to revenue and retention outcomes and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
Proven experience building and growing high-performing, cross-functional teams including in distributed or international settings
Strong execution discipline: comfortable in the details as much as at the strategic level; able to drive clarity and keep teams moving
Fluency in English, with French as strong plus
