Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

• Develop, implement, and optimize data‑driven digital marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on Search Engine Advertising (SEA), Performance Max (P-Max) campaigns and AI‑enhanced digital communication.
• Plan, execute, and continuously refine SEA campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads and online platforms to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools and platforms to improve targeting, automation and performance.
• Analyze performance data to deliver clear reporting, insights and recommendations for future strategy.
• Manage and grow social channels by creating content, tracking performance, and using insights to boost engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• 3-5 years of digital marketing, SEA experience and familiarity with AI marketing tools.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, and major social media platforms.
• Knowledge of scientific methods, analytics or experimentation frameworks is a plus.
