Job Description

  • Company business card: Professional answering and targeted forwarding of telephone calls as well as friendly reception of our visitors (f/m/d) at the location.
  • Management of the company vehicle fleet: Maintenance of the vehicle fleet and handling of claims with the insurance company.
  • Office organization: Processing incoming and outgoing mail, ordering office supplies and beverages, and coordinating with external service providers such as building cleaning companies.
  • Time management: Managing the time data of our workforce.
  • Assistance: Supporting department managers by preparing evaluations, lists, and texts.

Qualifications

  • Professional qualifications: Completed commercial training as an office administrator (m/f/d) or in the field of office management or office communication; ideally, initial experience in a reception position.
  • Language skills: Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English.
  • Professionalism: Strong communication skills, a friendly manner, self-organization skills, and a structured, independent way of working.
