The Role
We're looking for detail-oriented, TCG-savvy fulfillment associates to join our Dallas warehouse team: both full-time and part-time positions are available. You'll handle inbound inventory, pick and pack orders, and help keep our card storage organized and accurate. A genuine love for trading cards isn't just required; it makes the job more fun and makes you better at it.
What You'll Do
Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately with collectible-grade care — cards need sleeves, top-loaders, and the right protection every time
Receive and verify inbound inventory, checking quantities and condition against expected manifests
Organize and maintain card storage so the right card is always findable fast
Keep the workspace clean, organized, and moving
What Success Looks Like
30 days: You know our packing standards cold and are hitting daily shipment targets with strong accuracy
90 days: You're picking, packing, and shipping independently with minimal errors
180 days: You're a reliable anchor on the ops team, especially during set release surges
Core KPIs: Orders packed per shift, shipping accuracy, packing quality, on-time shipment rate
You're a Fit If You...
Are local to Dallas and available for full-time or part-time on-site work
Have experience in warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment (we can teach you this if you're a TCG expert)
Are detail-oriented and careful when handling fragile or high-value items
Can lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Know your way around Pokémon, MTG, Lorcana, or other TCGs, even casually
Bonus Points
You've shipped collectibles or trading cards before
You've sold or traded cards yourself
