Shipping and Logistics Assistant

• Transport shipments and inventory between the warehouse and office locations as needed 
• Retrieve incoming deliveries and ensure the timely transfer of products and supplies 
• Deliver office and operational supplies to designated departments when requested 
• Assist with preparing, organizing, and processing outgoing patient shipments 
• Support shipping and fulfillment activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency 
• Restock inventory, supplies, and materials to maintain organized workspaces 
• Assist with inventory management and maintain accurate stock levels 
• Help maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse and storage areas 
• Provide general operational support to improve workflow and daily logistics processes 
• Perform additional logistics and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills 
• Ability to lift and transport packages and supplies as needed 
• Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license 
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
