Job Description
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with strong experience in the Data domain to lead complex data integration, migration, and transformation initiatives within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
The successful candidate will combine strong project delivery capabilities with a hands-on approach, ensuring successful execution of data-focused projects while managing stakeholders across business, IT, quality, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data integration and migration projects
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate business, IT, data, and vendor teams to ensure successful project execution
- Drive data migration planning, testing, validation, and cutover activities
- Ensure compliance with CSV (Computer System Validation) and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and executive status reporting
- Identify and resolve delivery risks and project roadblocks proactively
- Support data quality, governance, and operational readiness activities
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager delivering Data Integration and Data Migration projects
- Strong understanding of data management, data flows, and system integrations
- Experience working in the regulated pharmaceutical environments
- Solid knowledge of CSV/CSA methodologies and validation requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Delivery-focused mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Experience coordinating cross-functional and vendor teams
- Excellent risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data platforms, ETL/integration technologies, or cloud-based data solutions
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
