Job Description

The operations specialist is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements. This position will be part of the FINPRO team

• Policy Issuance
• Endorsement Issuance
• Vendor invoicing
• Quality Assurance
• Rating/Quoting support
• Policy file documentation
• File Set Ups
• User Acceptance Testing
• File Audits
• Interact with team and customers to complete deliverables
• Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolutions
• Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed
