Branch Manager

Job Description

Sleep Comfort is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Jbeil showroom and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the branch.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team.
• Achieve branch sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, showroom presentation, and product availability.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular feedback to management.
• Implement company policies and procedures effectively.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the furniture, mattresses, or home furnishing industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.

Training Period:

The selected candidate will be required to complete a one-month training program at our main branch in Karantina to gain in-depth knowledge of our products, systems, and operational procedures before assuming full responsibility for the Jbeil branch.
