About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join a growing data and analytics team. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights, drive data-informed decision-making, and support strategic initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with advanced analytical skills and has experience working with modern data platforms and visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data and reporting initiatives.
• Develop dashboards with Tableau, reports, and visualizations that provide meaningful insights and support decision-making
• Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reporting to stakeholders.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support strategic planning, forecasting, and operational optimization initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, analytics methodologies, and business intelligence practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Analytics Consultant, or similar role.
• Strong experience with SQL for data extraction, analysis, and validation.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• Experience working with Snowflake as a cloud data platform.
• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to present insights and recommendations to business leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional environments.
