About the role
As a Dealflow Associate at Ancora, you'll source, screen, and evaluate new business and investment opportunities, supporting the team through the full deal lifecycle. This is a hybrid role based in Milan, Italy.
What you'll do
Source and qualify new opportunities and partnerships
Conduct market research and preliminary due diligence
Prepare analyses, memos, and materials for decision-making
Maintain and organize the deal pipeline
What we're looking for
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Interest in deals, investments, or business development
Fluency in Italian and English
