Job Description
Conduct routine chemical tests according to standard operating procedures, including but not limited to sample weighing, and performing extraction/ digestion, column cleanup, rotary evaporation etc.
Assist sample cutting and result reporting.
Perform data analysis and result calculation and assist chemical result review.
- Operate the analytical instruments (e.g.ICP-OES / ICP-MS, AAS,XRF)
Conduct equipment maintenance and calibration.
Record and maintain the test data in the required format accurately.
Handle chemicals, solvents, acids, and reagents safety. Maintain work safe environment.
Assist to perform method validation and prepare accreditation audit.
Qualifications
Knowledge of ISO 17025 quality system and accreditation requirements.
Familiar with toy, consumer products, or food contact article safety standards/requirements in various countries
Good communication and analytical skills.
- Able to operate the test instrument, e.g., ICP-OES / ICP-MS, AAS,XRF
1-2 years working experience in a testing laboratory.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Analytical mind and logical thinking.
Initiative, organized and able to work independently.
